I purchased the Victoria binder in black and think so highly of it, I purchased it in pink. I have admired "Tonya Plans" on YouTube for a while, but had not explored her shop. I am so pleased I did. I could not be happier with the exception products and service.
Well, you can tell that I love ToynaPlans binders, because I got both Pink and Black with the chains. I can't say enough great things about ToynaPlans. So far I have purchased just about everything she sells. I am not finished yet!
EXCEPTIONAL! I normally don't post reviews; however, I strongly feel that this one is well-deserved. After many years of using an A5 planner system, I saw that FC had brought in a couple of new planner systems that were quite to my liking. However, I wanted a planner binder that had a more sophisticated feminine design than what was available in most outlets. After searching far and wide, I was most happy when I found the TonyaPlans website. Today, I received my binder. The binder is well-constructed --- with a beautiful haute couture-like motif. The stitching throughout the binder is sturdy and professionally executed. The binder and extra accessories are exactly as they appear on the webpage. The communication from the TonyaPlans organization was professional, enthusiastic, and friendly. The binder was packed quite well in protective packaging, and the presentation of the planner in its box was exquisite. In addition, I received a nice gift from them (thank you TanyaPlans). I also appreciate that a private delivery service was used to ship my binder. The final, and appreciated, touch was a lovely thank you note. If you are on the fence about buying this binder, I would highly encourage you to do so.
I still haven’t received it yet. Post office has it, but can’t find it!!!
I’ve been there 3 times now in the last 5 days…they keep searching but with no luck!
I’m giving it 5 stars because if I ever receive it, I’m sure I’m going to love it!!
